Attached is a form to be used for all driving events - whether they're simply follow-the-leader drives or rallyes or gymkhanas.  Note that there are blanks for you, the drive leader, to fill in with the name or description of the event and the date of the event.  Please print these in advance for the number of folks who've signed up - and a few extras for those who forget to sign up but just appear (trust me on this!).  Any questions, please ask.
